Meet Our Founder & Head Coach
Confidence A. Iriaka – Former International Footballer & Head Coach
Confidence A. Iriaka is the Founder and Manager of SCADEC International Football Academy (SIFA L Academy) and a renowned figure in Nigerian football. He played professionally for clubs including Rangers International FC of Enugu, Jasper United FC of Onitsha, and Beerscott FC in Antwerp, Belgium. With years of international experience, he has also served as a coach at AS Roma Football Academy in Nigeria and as Head Coach of Southampton Football Academy in Nigeria. Currently, he continues to play competitively for All Stars International in Abuja. Confidence brings unmatched expertise, professionalism, and passion to SIFA L Academy. His mission is to mentor young football talents and guide them toward national and international opportunities. He emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and technical excellence as keys to success. Under his leadership, the academy has produced players who have competed in national youth camps and signed professional contracts. Confidence believes in combining football training with strong values and personal development. His vision is to make SIFA L Academy the premier football academy in Nigeria and beyond.
